Step 1: Submit Exit Request

You submit a formal exit request through the Exit Request form for your child.

Step 2: Request Acknowledgement

You will receive a confirmation that your withdrawal/exit request has been received and is now being processed.

Step 3: Internal Clearance Process

Your request will be reviewed and processed internally. Clearance will be obtained from the following departments:

-IT Department

– Library Department

-Accounts Department

This ensures that all school obligations are completed before issuing exit documents.

Step 4: Clearance Completion

Once all departments confirm clearance, your exit request will be fully approved. and you will receive full instructions on how to access and obtain your official exit documents through the appropriate process.
