RAK Academy Scholarships

RAK Academy (RAKA), with its strong heritage, established reputation, and not-for-profit status, offers competitive scholarship awards to high-performing students. For the Academic Year 2026–2027, up to 100% scholarships are available for students entering Grades 4 to 12.

All scholarships are renewable annually and continue until Grade 12, subject to meeting the required academic standards.

Criteria

Students granted the scholarship are required to meet the below requirements to keep the scholarship until grade 12.

Grade 4 to 8

Minimum of Grade 5 in English, Mathematics, and Science

GCSE

Minimum of a Grade 4 in English, Mathematics and Science

A Level

Minimum of a Grade B in all subjects

IB Diploma

Minimum of a Grade 5 in all subjects

Assessment Details

CAT4 is a diagnostic assessment that is used to help students and teachers (RAKA staff) understand how they learn and what their academic potential might be (ability). CAT4 assesses how students think in areas that are known to make a difference in learning.
Tasks involve thinking about shapes and patterns (Non-Verbal Reasoning), words (Verbal Reasoning), and numbers (Quantitative Reasoning), and some questions are answered by mentally generating and transforming images (Spatial Ability).

IB DP Scholarship

The IB DP Scholarship is awarded to outstanding students entering Grade 11 or 12 who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and successfully pass the scholarship assessment process.
