Document Request
Welcome to the RAK Academy Document Request Portal.
In line with the latest guidelines from the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (DOK), all student-related certificates and academic transcripts are now processed through a structured request system involving both the school and the official RAK Government portal.
This page allows you to submit your request for the required academic documents, which will then be processed according to the approved procedures.
1. Academic Sequential Study Certificate
This certificate is issued directly by the school and confirms the student’s completed academic stages and grades within RAK private schools.
2. Student Grade Reports / Academic Transcripts
All official grade reports and transcripts must be obtained through the RAK Government portal after school clearance.
3. Continuity Letter (Pursuing of Study Certificate)
This letter confirms that the student is currently enrolled and continuing their studies at RAK Academy.

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Please submit your request through this portal for the required document (Certificate, letter or Transcript).
Step 2: Internal Review & Clearance
Your request will be reviewed by the school to ensure that all academic and financial requirements (if applicable) are completed.
Step 3: Processing & Issuance
Once cleared, you will be guided on the next steps to issue or attest the document required where applicable.
